Message from the Dean

Health science is a learning that keeps the human health, and development of human resources who can deal with the various problems and promote research on the preservation of health science is expected for our university.

Kyushu University School of Medicine, Department of Health Sciences, we aim to develop valuable human resources with a high degree of expertise responsible for preventive medicine and geriatrics in a population aging society. We also aim to educate practitioners, teachers, and researchers who will play important roles in team medicine utilizing the diversity of three majors including nursing, medical quantum science, and medical technology in future. Medicine and health science are rapidly progressing; thus the research mind is required to be inspired to extract problems and solve them for oneself.
