Outline of the Radiological Science Course

Recent advances in radiological science have played an important role not only in the diagnosis but also therapy of diseases and injury. Several non-radiating imaging techniques have played a part in this area in addition to the conventional radiological modalities. Radiation therapy and interventional radiology are becoming important as minimally invasive therapeutic techniques.

The mission of the course is to educate individuals to become competent professional technologists responsible for technological advancement and mobility, a contributor to the health care and well-being of society, and a researcher for the development of radiological sciences based on a diverse educational background.
